The Nike Dunk has seen a monumental return in 2020 and the latest Slam Jam collaboration continues the model's hot streak. The Italian boutique has its fair share of signature colorways on some of Nike's most popular silhouettes, like the Blazer Mid '77 and Air Force 1. This time, they're adding their touch to one of this year's most talked about sneakers.
The Nike Dunk Slam Jam delivers two colorways of the popular basketball model, this pair being titled "Pure Platinum". A mix of materials are present on the sneaker's upper, including leather, nubuck, and rubber. The Swoosh has a translucent gummy-like texture to match the translucent midsole. The tongue tag features an upside-down "Nike" logo, a theme that Slam Jam is known for since they flipped the Swoosh on their last Nike Blazer collaboration.

In 2020, they came together again to work their magic on one of the most talked about silhouettes of the new decade.
The Nike Dunk Slam Jam White Black features a combination of leather, nubuck, and rubber materials to make up the upper. The signature Swoosh has a translucent gummy-like texture to match the black midsole. To continue their flipped Swoosh theme that they incorporate on earlier Nike projects, Slam Jam adds an upside-down "Nike" logo to the tongue tag.

Virgil Abloh pays homage to skate culture's adoption of 1980's Nike Basketball silhouettes with the Nike Dunk Low Off-White University Red. When Nike unveiled the Dunk as the centerpiece of their Nike College Color's program in 1985, seven different colleges were represented in the first colorways offered. The university red colorway tributes UNLV's school colors.
This Dunk Low is comprised of a wolf grey leather upper with university red overlays. A unique secondary lacing system, zip-ties, and signature Off-White text on the sides completes the design. These sneakers released in December of 2019.
